We want to investigate the role of perivascular cells in disease with scRNAseq, snucRNAseq. The goal is to identify new target proteins for intervention of disease. The diseases are Stroke, glioblastoma or Parkinson's. We will use the 10x platform and bioinformatics associated with the 10x pipeline. The goal is to identify signalling pathway related to pathology and to verify them both on the RNA and protein levels. This is to better the treatment potential of these otherwise difficult to treat diseases.
