Abstract

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play critical roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms, yet understanding their interactions at the single-cell level remains challenging. Recently, AgoTRIBE, a novel method for profiling miRNA interactions, demonstrated efficacy in a proof-of-concept study using the HEK-293T cell line. This study aims to extend the application of AgoTRIBE to address biological questions related to neuronal development and disease. We will optimize the AgoTRIBE method for use in two-dimensional neuronal models and integrate multi-omics data to uncover miRNA interaction networks. This work will advance our understanding of miRNA dynamics in complex cellular contexts and pave the way for translational applications in neurobiology
