Abstract

In this project, we are going to develop a pipeline for automatically assembling and binning the raw metagenomics data and generating the enzyme constraint Genome-Scale Metabolic Models (ecGEMs). The pipeline has been constructed this year, so next year, the simulation of the ecGEMs will also be performed in this project. The published gut metagenomics data of Parkinson's Disease patients will be used to validate the pipeline. Reporter metabolites and metabolite alternation will be investigated in patients before and after medicine interventions. This project would facilitate the understanding of the relationship between liver diseases and the microbial community.
