Abstract
This storage project at PDC will be used to store the data analysis on the project NAISS 2023/22-1125 at Dardel.
The project will focus on the analysis of transcriptomic data. We intend to work mainly with the nextflow and nf-core resources, such as https://nf-co.re/rnaseq/; https://nf-co.re/rnasplice; https://nf-co.re/nanoseq/; and https://nf-co.re/nascent/.
