This project is for a D. Med. student working on simulations of mutations that lead to cancer. The scientific aim is to distinguish between mutations that are potentially activating and thus can drive cancer and mutations that are not, in a list of unknown mutations. It follows the methods described in https://doi.org/10.1039/C9CP02938A and 10.1021/acs.jcim.0c00544. This is an individual student project, but since the responsible student isn't a doctoral student but a D. Med. student the PI applies for the project.
