Abstract
In this project, we will investigate the expression of genes affected by graphene and nanoparticles. We will study the mechanism of molecular response to the graphene and nanoparticles in plant cells and cancer cell lines. In this case, we have treated the cells with the nanopartciels and harvested them and send for RNAseq.
