Abstract

The aim of this project is to develop and utilize bioinformatic pipelines for processing amplicon libraries for marker gene specific to various subgroups of denitrifying organisms. These pipelines will allow the use to select and compare various sequence filtering and clustering algorithms to determine the optimal combination of parameters to obtain high-quality data on microbial communities in various ecosystems.
