Abstract
I currently have approximately 300 GB of sequencing data stored at the NGI in Stockholm. I need to download the data and keep it on the c3se server to ensure seamless access for the vera analysis setup.
Here I would like to apply a storage project so that I can run the analysis pipeline with my computation project C3SE-2024-1-11.
