Abstract

The previous project resulted in a submission of a journal article in Oxford Bioinformatics. The article is under peer-review and reviewers may ask for further experiments. I had reserved extra hours in case reviewers asked for more simulations, but the peer-review process has been much longer than expected. I would really appreciate to continuate my project, so I can run more experiments if requested.
