RNA sequencing is performed on total RNA and RNA purified from polysomes in order to determine what KLK4 transcripts are produced, and which of these are bound to ribosomes and therefore undergo translation. We have now finalised the pilot study based on two sequencing methods and we now plan to extended study where we include 13 more samples.
