This study aims to elucidate the complex interactions between leukemic cells and the nervous system using single-cell multi-omic approaches. By integrating single-nuclear ATAC-seq (snATAC-seq) and single-nuclear RNA-seq (snRNA-seq) data, we seek to uncover novel mechanisms of tumor-neural communication that may influence leukemia progression and treatment response. This integrated approach is expected to reveal novel insights into how neural factors influence leukemia cell behavior and vice versa. By uncovering the molecular underpinnings of this crosstalk, we aim to identify potential therapeutic targets and biomarkers that could improve leukemia treatment strategies. The high-performance computing infrastructure will enable efficient processing of multiple samples, reducing analysis time from weeks to days and facilitating rapid discovery in this critical area of cancer biology.
