Abstract

The purpose of this project is to develop methods to use non-animal testing data for human health risk assessment. It implies to evaluate approaches for developing and integrating hazard identification and assessment using quantitative adverse outcome pathway modelling informed by multiple sources of in vitro, in vivo and in silico data with quantitative in vitro exposure modelling. Characterisation of uncertainty in models is an important component, requiring resource intensive computations.
