Abstract

In EpiTAG/TRANS projects, Oxford Nanopore Technology (ONT) generated data from zebrafish would be investigated for possible epigenetic modification in response to exposure to environmental chemicals. The projects have produced substantial data through third-generation sequencing technology, amounting to hundreds of gigabytes for both EpiTAG and EpiTRANS. As more data is expected in the upcoming months, the current storage space is insufficient to accommodate the growing volume of data. This limitation hinders the utilization of our allocated computation resources. Thus, there is a pressing need for a larger storage solution to effectively store all the existing and anticipated data from these projects.
