Interest in brain vascular cells has increased steadily in recent years, as their role in development and disease have begun to be elucidated. In this project, we perform a deep analysis of the transcriptome profiles of different brain vascular cells obtained from a variety of experiments, including different time points and different conditions. Our analysis will shed new light on the molecular composition of the brain vasculature, as well as its signaling pathways in the brain.
