This project is for doing bioinformatics calculations in NBIS projects that are not bound to specific projects, where our experts use the SNIC projects of the PIs that we are helping. The calculations are predominantly sequence comparisons, alignments, phylogenetic calculations, including testing of analytical strategies and benchmarking of bioinformatics tools. Similar to our test project in SNIC/Sens project sens2021525, but for non-sensitive data.
