Abstract

This project will explore vision-based systems as a cheap proxy for elaborate experiments in the chemistry lab. The plan is to test whether a deep learning system can estimate the viscosity of a fluid from a video clip and to develop a camera-based positioning system for a robot that assembles batteries.
