The project will be used for analyses required within my PhD project. The work will evolve around the performance of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data analysis within the software NONMEM. Current work includes, but is not limited to, model-based analysis of pharmacoeconomical models using simulated data. Model-based estimations of simulated blood pressure readings. Additional data formatting and visualization will become performed in R, but this will likely occur within the computer personal interface and will not require computational time in UPPMAX.
