The computing project (snic2022-22-714) contain the sequencing data generated by Neus Visa lab, Stockholm University. A total of three different projects are framed here. These projects are:
1. Characterization of caRNAs in Drosophila melanogaster,
2. SnoRNAs non canonical function in chromatin organization,
3. The role of Dis3 in DNA repair and transcription.
