Abstract

This project is part of the bigger project "dBrain" funded by Digital Futures. In this specific project, we are developing methods to classify Parkinson's patients from controls using diffusion MRI data. For this, we need to create brain connectivity matrices for every subject. We have created a pipeline that combines different tools for that aim. Processing one subject is time-consuming, so we need to use the PDC resources before running machine learning methods.
