The process evaluation includes observation of health care staff, if they working person centered. All patient and health care visit during the intervention during feasibility are going to observes, total 30-60 observations. The observation will be semi-structured and explore in which grade the health care professional working person-centred, the environment, time consumption, team-based care. Two researchers will be available for observation and has before agreed about the assessment. All data will be anonymized and coded for each individual patient without unnecessary identifiable information. Data from observation material, i e audio recordings, will be transcribed with Whisper. Quantitative data from the observations will be documented and stored on a secure database at Uppsala University.
