Abstract
In this project, we examine the properties of various DNA network. The DNA network is established through chemical/biochemical reactions of DNA, and the reaction conditions influence the network properties. The information of DNA network is acquired through DNA sequencing, and the network property is explored by analyzing the DNA sequencing data. Here, we wish to process the sequencing data and visualize the network with NAISS.
