Abstract
We will analyze spatial B cell clonal dynamics in human tissues. Here, we will investigate how many B cell clones are in different areas of tissues (tumor) and how it changes during cancer and upon immunotherapy treatment. Additionally, we will investigate how B cell clones change in different parts of the human intestine.
