Long noncoding RNAs, which are more than 200 nucleotide in size, do not produce any proteins but have been shown to perform extremely important biological functions as RNA molecules, and their deregulation is reported to cause many disease. Aim of this project is to investigate long non-coding RNA's dynamics from early stages of development and its functional links to different diseases. This project involves heavy computational analysis and needs more computational resource to analyze different kind of dataset such as transcriptome, methylation and genome sequencing data.
