Abstract
We are studying childhood brain cancer development and progression in both human and mouse samples using various NGS, RNA Seq, Exome Seq, scRNA Seq and EPIC methylation analyses from NGI facilities in Uppsala or Stockholm. In detail we are interested in MYC, SOX and OTX2 transcription factors/super enhancers and PDGF signaling pathways in cancer.
