Abstract
We have genomics data and analysis material on Uppmax in the projects naiss2024/6-15 and naiss2023/6-300 and we need to move this data to Dardel to continue our work with temporal studies on genetic variation in moose and salmonid fish.
We will use the module darsync to help migrate files, which requires a compute project to submit jobs to slurm.
