Abstract

As a PhD student in Clinical Neuroscience department at the Karolinska Institutet (KI) under the supervision of an associate professor Artin Arshamian, I will examine how respiration shape perception in human. There are different projects related to my PhD research program including the relation between pupil dilation and respiration and respiration analysis of people with olfactory bulb vs. without olfactory bulb through EEG and fMRI data. In these projects, I will utilize machine learning and deep learning metods.
