Abstract
Herbs are extensively utilized in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for cancer treatment, the mechanisms remain largely unknown. In this study we will treated A549 and Huh7 cells with extracts from multiple different Chinese herbs. RNA-sequencing will be conducted to find the altered genes after treatment.
