Abstract

The project involves 2 parts. First, identification of candidate genes in red clover, Sclerotinia spp and Fusarium spp species. Analysis includes differential expression of genes, heat maps, annotation, gene ontology and kegg pathway analysis. Second part of project includes identification of effector candidate genes in two Magnaporthe oryzae strains. nextflow rnaseq pipeline (nfcore/rnaseq) will be applied for DGE analysis followed by downstream analysis in R platform using deseq2 and GO, KEGG pipelines.
