In my role as a scientific lead of Planetary Biology Capability, I am arranging an advanced training course between NGI, SciLifeLab Training Hub and EU-consortium Biodiversity Genomics Europe. We will use the UPPMAX resource to back-up footage (circa 100 - 200 hours), post-processed edited files, etc. as well as to temporarily store sequencing data generated in conjunction to the course before uploading those to ENA.
