Abstract

Gene-therapies became very trending treatments since mRNA-vaccines took over the market. However, they are not only limited to mRNA-vaccines which use large mRNA-fragments. siRNA-vaccines are using smaller fragments and are more interesting as they can be utilized for treatment such illnesses like Alzheimer's disease, amyloidosis etc. In this work interactions of siRNA and their preservatives are of interest. For performing the work Tetralith cluster will be utilized with molecular dynamics software as well as with own implementation of machine learning techniques.
