Processing RAD sequence data from the longhorn beetle Tragosoma depsarium. We will analyze the genetic diversity and population structure of many different populations in Sweden and maybe compare this with some samples from continental Europe. Tragosoma depsarium is a target species for conservation within a Swedish action plan for conservation of threatened pine-associated species. The present project is aimed at understanding the current and past patterns of migration and gene flow of this species at its presently known major localities.
