We have generated RNA-seq (350 patients), genome-wide DNA methylation (1200 patients), mutational hotspots (200 patients) to assign accurate subtypes to paediatric leukemia patients. Furthermore we are generating single-cell RNA-seq and proteomics data to better understand drug responses (~90 patients). We are currently integrating all of these data modalities to create a better comprehensive understanding of leukemia.
