The project involves 2 parts. First, identification of candidate genes in three species: red clover, Sclerotinia spp and Fusarium spp species. Analysis includes separate rnaseq analysis with nfcore/rnaseq pipeline followed by differential expression of genes, heat maps, annotation, gene ontology and kegg pathway analysis. Second part of project includes identification of effector candidate genes in two Magnaporthe oryzae strains.
