Abstract
This project will be used for a project funded by the Novo Nordisk foundation studying the potato - P infestans pathosystem. Data will be generated to study the accumulation and changes in sRNAs abundance, gene expression and epigenetic marks in plants treated with dsRNA. Understanding these processes will aid in the development of potatoes protected from late blight.
