Abstract

Biomedical knowledge is hidden in very large datasets, containing image, text or structured data (e.g. genomic or proteomic data). In this project, we are developing artificial intelligence pipelines that can extract and connect this knowledge and compare them to traditional biomedical approachs. We will then apply these pipelines to research questions related to COVID-19 and cell death, which both are important areas of medical research that impact millions of patients across the globe.
