Hundreds of genes of genes have been shown to cause neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs). To better understand biological pathways and the consequences of mutations in NDDs, we are performing functional analysis of isogenic and patient-specific neuronal cell lines. We are performing multi-omics analysis of maturing neurons from these cell lines and analyzing the effects both on bulk and single cel levels. The results will guide us to understand better the cellular level dysfunctions associated with NDDsand clues to drug targets.
