Abstract
This is a project funded by ERC that aims at elucidating the genomic organisation of Arbuscular Mychorrhizal Fungi. We are sorting individual nuclei using the FACS machine in SciLifeLab. The nuclei are amplified using MDA whole genome amplification and sequenced in batches of 24 using Illumina HiSeqX. We have data from this procedure for multiple species.
The genomes will be assembled and posterior phylogenomic analysis are expected using concatenated orthologs between species as well as other analysis of genetic diversity and repeat content
