In the ENDpoiNTs project, DNA methylome data from different species (rat, human, zebrafish) will be generated by reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) to investigate epigenetic changes in response to exposure to environmental chemicals. Data of the fist runs on rat brain sample using the Illumina NovaSeq6000 platform will be produced in the coming weeks. More data using the same platform are expected in the coming months. The storage capacity is essential for analysing all the ENDpoiNTs data.
