Abstract

Drug compound signatures genes are derived from compounds treated cell lines and there is a possibility to link compound-related signatures to different diseases to observe drug-disease relationships. In this study, we will utilise data from drug-repurposing hub Connectivity Map (CMap, clue.io), to associate expression data with disease-specific pathways and drugs, and generate a drug prioritisation score similar to that of CMap, to derive the top associated drugs with diseases. We will conduct mass screening of drug-associations across various disease, to derive a final drug-disease hub for querying of drug-disease interactions and associations.
