Abstract

In https://genome.cshlp.org/content/29/1/125.full the authors contended that our code base did not produce reasonable results. We want to reproduce their results using the published data. A new release of related software is now (Janauary 2021) available, which once again makes this effort relevant. We're also exploring imputation in a wider context, including polyploid species.
