Abstract
This project is aimed at analyzing genomic data stored in UPPMAX Storage
called "Knoren_Genomics". My current research is aimed at investigating genomic diversity in arctic foxes across its distribition range with the purpose of assessing functional divergence, historical events and address conservation issues. The project currently funded by FORMAS and Biodiversa+. Other closely related species may be analysed further on.
