Abstract

This project is about using ML-based algorithms for automatic segmentation of liver tumors, and then compare with traditional, computer vision-based solutions. The project is mainly carried out by two Master Thesis students in Applied Mathematics, both with prior knowledge of NN and the associated Python-based libraries (TensorFlow and PyTorch).
