In our preliminary manuscript we have identified novel mast cell populations in the lung of mice with house dust mite-induced allergic airway inflammation identified by single cell CITEseq analysis. Our aim now is to use the EGA single cell data to determine whether we can findsimilar human mast cell populations in airway samples from patients with allergic asthma (and perhaps not in the healthy controls). If so, that would be really nice to include in our manuscript as a translational part.
