Our group uses the dog as a model organism for investigating the genomic causes of complex disorders and of behavior. Under this project we would like to carry out our studies of canine atopic dermatitis, canine degenerative myelopathy, canine diabetes as well as our study of the genomic determinants of behavior in dogs. We would like to transfer into this project the entire data currently under the following projects on milou: b2011193 (Canine whole genome sequencing), b2013061 (GD_D_AR), b2014123 (CADmRNA_D_KT) and b2014139 (BEH_D_MK).
