Abstract
T cell receptor have been an important role in adaptive immune response for human, Bulk TCR sequencing have been used for T cell repertoire analysis, Clonally expansion of T cells will be studied in cancer patients in this project, we try to link the specific TCR with cancer type and cancer development from the sequencing data.
