The overall aim of this project is to develop and apply pharmacometric models to support and improve the development and the use of anticancer therapies. The developed models will characterize and quantify the relationship between the pharmacokinetics and the pharmacodynamics of different compounds. The final frameworks will be used as a tool for evaluating different what-if scenarios through simulations.
