In this project, we aim to establish a robust computational infrastructure for the
analysis of spatial transcriptomics data from cardiac tissue biopsies and the investigation
of viral genomes in cell-free RNA scleroderma samples. The analysis involves optimizing
computational methodologies, including the use of spatial transcriptomics data from
healthy donors to ensure data quality and integrity. We will employ Snakemake/Nextflow
pipelines through Docker to facilitate reproducibility and scalability.
