Abstract
In this proyect we will investigate the evolution of gut microbiome of a cohort of mice that follows six generations. The first three gens are obese from the neonatal phase due to a surplus of food while lactating. The next three generations do not have the stressor, but still have the obese phenotype. We want to investigate till which extent the gut microbiome affects those last 3 generations as we still see a certain phenotype.
