This effort aims to model, validate and implement systems used during research of external beam radiotherapy for treatment of cancer in humans. The primary tool is Monte Carlo simulations using a range of different software development languages including Fortran, Python and C variants. In order to achieve usefully accurate results in such simulations a high number of "histories" is required. This results in large ammounts of data being generated, often in the form of so called phase spaces. This application for additional storage space is made to enable data storage for both current and future research and development in the related project SNIC 2019/7-92.
