Abstract
To be able to do structural and dynamical NMR spectroscopy studies on proteins larger than approx. 40 kDa ,methyl detected NMR experiments is highly desirable. The purpose of this project is to be able to use PReSTO for analysis of these experiments. It is a collaboration between GU, LiU, LU och NSC to make these techniques available for all structural biologists within Sweden.
